KET 508E – MAHALLE — Social Housing in Ataşehir/Istanbul, Turkey

The course objective was to design a social housing in Imar Iskan Blocks of Atasehir District in Istanbul, Turkey.


Designed a Social Housing under the name of ‘MAHALLE’ with the concepts of livable, green and humanitarian design strategies. While encouraging social interaction, the design also complies to social distancing rules by protecting residents’ privacy.
